Informa Connect selects MOSHN.fit as Exclusive Fitness Partner for Buildings Week Virtual Conference. 

MOSHN.fit it has entered into an MOU to provide virtual fitness and health content that will be scheduled throughout the conference at Buildings Week, November 30 - December 4, 2020.

TORONTO, November 26, 2020 -- Each year, The Buildings Show and BUILDEX Alberta, a top tier event that draws thousands of design, construction and real estate professionals across Canada, provides a platform for attendees to discover leading products and innovation. This year, event organizers Informa, have partnered with MOSHN.fit to bring customized virtual fitness classes at the conference for the 6000+ attendees and 300+ exhibitors. 

Studies have shown that exercise raises energy levels, combats stress, battles fatigue and improves general well-being and productivity. Understanding the benefit and growing interest in health and fitness, the show organizers selected MOSHN.fit to provide fitness content delivered during breaks at the conference.  MOSHN.fit’s customized content includes desk yoga, perfect posture, golf workout, boxercise and 7 minutes till you drop, each designed to address the need and benefit of motion and movement throughout the digital days.
